1. Use of Service

ReadsDream provides an online platform for reading novels and stories. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Credits and Payments

Credits are virtual currency used to unlock premium chapters. The first 10 chapters of each novel are free. Subsequent chapters may require credits based on word count (1 credit per 500 words, rounded down, with a minimum of 1 credit).

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Credits do not expire. Prices are listed in USD and processed through Creem.

3. Content and Copyright

All content on ReadsDream is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Some novels are adaptations of existing works, rewritten by our authors for Western readers.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, harass others, post harmful content, or attempt to circumvent access controls (including chapter unlocking mechanisms).

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity, including unauthorized chargebacks.

6. Disclaimer

ReadsDream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will meet your expectations.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
